One day, we will all be judged by God for our actions on earth.

I don't want my mistakes to keep me from entering paradise.

Recognising the eternal weight of our choices can be incredibly stressful.

The fear of judgment and punishment casts a shadow over our lives.

Does God really want us to live in that fear?

If my place in paradise was guaranteed, maybe I would have peace.

What if God isn't waiting in anticipation to analyze all of your failures?

What if, instead, he is offering you a path to hope?
The Lord isn’t really being slow about his promise, as some people think. No, he is being patient for your sake. He does not want anyone to be destroyed, but wants everyone to repent.
2 Peter 3:9

A new thought

There was a man named Nicodemus who asked these same questions. He was a religious leader who kept all the practices of the Law, yet he still wondered how a person truly could be made right with God.

Nicodemus brought these questions to Jesus, who had been teaching and performing miracles. He knew Jesus had been sent by God for a purpose.

We all yearn for reassurance.

We want a promise that we can hold onto when we begin to doubt if our actions are deserving of paradise.

We need hope.

Jesus said, “God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him.”
John 3:17

Hope is here

Yes, our choices affect how we will spend the afterlife, but there is only ONE decision we can make that will lead us into the paradise God has promised us.

By placing our faith in God’s Son, we can be saved.

Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.”
John 14:6
